As a business developer, you will help to grow the TraceDock user base. You’re a true hunter, prospecting new customers and closing deals. Not afraid to get in touch with the right people through your own and TraceDock’s networks by calling, emailing and messaging through LinkedIn.
As a customer success specialist, you will help to maintain and grow relationships with existing partners and clients. You are a people person, and are there to help implement TraceDock, support and research further opportunities.
Key for our continued growth is to extend TraceDock’s self-serve capability. As a frontend developer, your focus and mindset is to simplify and automate. Extremely hands-on. Joining the customer success team, identifying bottlenecks, setup the dev roadmap, and start coding.
